Florimar consists of two independent units in Rincón, the town of the beautiful sunsets, located on the West Coast of Puerto Rico (USA). Each unit has a private wooden deck with a spectacular view of the sea. They provide the perfect setting to relax, dine, read, or watch the stars at night. It is a very romantic and tranquil place.

Beaches located on the Western side of the Island are excellent for scuba diving, jetsking, surfing, or just sunbathing.

The two-bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of five (5) people. The bedrooms overlook the ocean and have air conditioning. The master has a queen-size bed. The other room has two twin-size beds and one full-size bed on the loft. There is a full kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all dishes and utensils.

The one-bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of three (3) persons. It has a large bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin-size beds. The bedroom overlooks the ocean and has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living room has a full-size sofa bed and has access to a private garden and a spacious wooden deck with breathtaking ocean views.

The villas are located in Rincón, at the Western Coast of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a USA Territory in the Caribbean.

Puerto Rico has several international airports. The most important is the Luis Muños Marin Intl. Airport (SJU) also known as the San Juan Intl. Airport. Many international, as well as US domestic, airlines has SJU as a common domestic US destination (no US Customs check necessary if arriving/departing from/to the US). This airport is about two and a half hours from Villa Florimar. Several car rental companies have facilities in SJU (e.g. Budget, Avis, Rent-a-Car, Target, National, Hertz, Leaseway, and many other local companies).

The Aguadilla Airport is located about 35 minutes from Villa Florimar. It is also a destination for some US domestic airlines. It also have several mayor car rental companies on site. Flights from the SJU airport to the Aguadilla airport are not too frequent, so unless you have a direct flight from the US to Aguadilla, it is not recommended to take a flight from SJU. If you arrive to the SJU airport, you might get faster to the villas if you drive than taking a flight. If you decide to drive from the SJU airport, just follow this directions:

Take Road #26 heading West. Then take Road #22 West. After passing the town of Arecibo (about 75 minutes), Road #22 ends and connects to Road #2. Take Road #2 heading West (Mayaguez). In the town of Aguadilla, Road #2 turns South, you will see a baseball stadium on your left, just keep going. About 25 minutes you will see the intersection (McDonalds restaurant) with Road #402, turn right on this intersection. In about 5 minutes you will find the intersection with road #115, turn right. Soon you will go up a small hill. When you start going down the hill you will see the intersection with road #429, turn left. About one minute from this last turn you will see "The Lemontree Guesthouse" and after that a small entrance to Lois Lane, take this small road and the place is the first house on your left (the green house).

When exiting the Mayaguez Airport, take Road #2 North (to your right), on the second traffic light take Road #115 (a left turn). Soon you will go up a small hill. When you start going down the hill you will see the intersection with road #429, turn left. About one minute from this last turn you will see "The Lemontree Guesthouse" and after that a small entrance to Lois Lane, take this small road and the place is the first house on your left (the green house).

We require a $100 plus 1 night deposit within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation.

The balance due of rent must be paid in full upon arrival.

If a cancellation notice is not received a minimum of 30 days prior to the arrival date, and after the receipt of a 'Reservation Confirmation' by Villa Florimar, Guest(s) who cancel their reservation(s) will risk the forfeiture of any deposit amount paid toward the renting of this vacation home. Proper notice (30 days or greater before start of rental) will result in the assessment of a processing fee, determined to be 50% of any deposit amounts.
